Somers Share Repurchases For January 2021
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], Somers Limited a financial services investment holding company, announced that during the month of January 2021, Somers purchased 1,400 of its own common shares at an average cost of $15.43 per share, and said the shares will be cancelled with immediate effect.
“The number of common shares in issue as at January 31, 2021 was 21,340,082 [net of 1,400 treasury shares],” the filing added.
