UK Cricket: Bermuda Players Team Results
Bermudian cricketers Amari Ebbin, Chare Smith, Brianna Ray, Logan Jones, and Dennico Hollis were in action for their respective teams in the UK.
Amari Ebbin & Chare Smith
Amari Ebbin and Chare Smith helped the Frenchay Cricket Club’s 1st XI to defeat the Shirehampton Cricket Club 1xt XI by 87 runs.
Shirehampton won the toss and sent Frenchay to bat, Frenchay scored 202/7 in their allotted 45 overs, Ebbin opened the inning scoring 18 off 28 balls, hitting 2 fours, Smith scored 2 not out off 2 balls.
In reply, Shirehampton were bowled out for 115, Smith led the Frenchay bowling attack with figures of 7-1-27-3, while Ebbin had 2 stumpings.
Brianna Ray & Logan Jones
Brianna Ray, Logan Jones, and their Sedbergh School 3rd XI teammates went down by 4 wickets to Carnforth Cricket Club 2nd XI.
Carnforth won the toss and elected to send Sedbergh to bat, Sedbergh was bowled out for 114, Jones added 6, and Ray scored 1.
In reply, Carnforth scored 117/6, Jones bowled 6.4-0-43-2, while Ray bowled 1-0-1-0.
Dennico Hollis
Dennico Hollis and his Stenhousemuir Cricket Club teammates picked up a 5 wicket victory over Renfren Cricket Club.
Renfren won the toss and elected to bat, they were bowled out 170, Hollis bowled 3-0-23-1.
In reply, Stenhousemuir Cricket Club scored 171/5, Hollis was out for 4.
