IOD World Championship 2021 Gets Underway
The International One Design Class 85th Anniversary & World Championship 2021 got underway on the Great Sound, with 11 boats taking to the Start Line.
Current World Champions John Burnham and Peter Rugg lead after the first day of racing having finished 2nd in the first race, and then crossed the line first in the second race.
Bermuda’s Patrick Cooper is second overall, he won the first race of the day, but then finished 4th in the second race for his 5 points, and David Schoeder rounds out the top three for the day with 7 points.
