Third Most Active Hurricane Season On Record
Noting that the formation of Subtropical Storm Wanda “makes 2021 currently the 3rd most active season on record,” the Bermuda Weather Service advised that the 2021 list of names have now all been used, so any additional storms will be named from an overflow list of names.
The Bermuda Weather Service posted the graphic below on social media, saying: “Good morning Bermuda – well, we made it through the most historically busy time of Hurricane Season 2021, and have so far been spared.
“After some October impacts in the last decade, the last month has been quiet, with dry air and wind shear keeping storms from intensifying.
“The formation of Subtropical Storm Wanda over the weekend makes 2021 currently the 3rd most active season on record. We’ve also reached the end of the list of names we use for the classification of tropical storms and hurricanes.
“We have one more month to go, as the season officially ends on 30 November – any more storms that form will be named from an overflow list of names. Stay ready and informed at www.weather.bm.”
A look at the weather as Hurricane Larry passed by offshore in September of this year
In terms of the number of hurricanes, 2021 is not even in the top 15 years. Quite a disappointment for the doomers and gloomers.
If “climate change” (human-caused) is getting worse, it logically stands to reason that each hurricane season must be worse than the previous season. WOW! Not happening! Go figure.
Each successive year would also be the “hottest year on record.” Not happening!
With the world shut down in 2020, why did the CO2 level continue to rise?
It’s a conspiracy I tell you….everyone is in on it…and only you know the truth.
Yes, thank you for not denying the FACTS and LOGIC. I am so happy you did not use the debunked “97% of climate scientists agree” rebuttale. There is hope for you!
