Minister of Health, Kim Wilson said, “Amendments to the Quarantine [Covid-19] [No. 3] Order 2020 went into effect today, and it is imperative that travellers, inbound and outbound, visit  https://www.gov.bm/articles/amendments-quarantine-Covid-19-no-3-order-2020 to learn about the new requirements.

“I also want to remind everyone that the coronavirus thrives on human contact, and as we head into the holiday season, we must continue to follow public health guidance.

“Everyone must do their part to help stop the spread of the coronavirus. Avoid the three “Cs”: closed spaces, crowded places, and close contact settings to decrease the odds of getting the coronavirus. Continue to wear a mask, practice good hand hygiene, maintain physical distance and download the WeHealth Bermuda app.”

Variants do move around but they don’t show anymore mortality. Variants are a good thing because they are the natural process of it becoming just a weak cold virus. Variants are actually encoded into the original virus. Variants are a background virus. They maybe slightly more transmisible because they evade the immune system only slightly.
