Supplementary Provisions to the
Air Navigation [Fees for Certificates and Services] Regulations 2012
I, Rena Lalgie, as the Governor of Bermuda in accordance with article 4[2] to the Air Navigation [Overseas Territories] Order 2013, hereby exercise my power to make provisions supplemental to the Air Navigation [Fees for Certificates and Services] Regulations 2012 to the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority, as the person designated under article 6[1] of the said Order to amend fees payable under those Regulations.
Subject to the approval of the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority Board of Directors in each instance, I hereby authorize the Director General of the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority to reduce, delay or cancel fees chargeable.
This exemption is valid until 31st December 2022 unless previously suspended, revoked or cancelled.

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Minister of Labour, by the following person[s] for the grant of a Permanent Resident’s Certificate, under the provisions of section 31B of the Bermuda Immigration and Protection Act, 1956, [viz: were ordinarily resident in Bermuda for the period of ten [10] years immediately preceding application; are of good conduct and character; are at least eighteen[18] years of age; are either: a] the son or daughter of a person who was granted a permanent resident’s certificate granted under section 31A and is above the upper limit of compulsory school age or b] the spouse of a person who was granted a permanent resident’s certificate granted under section 31A].
