Local Fighters Win Big At Fight Night Event
The long awaited Fight Night Champion event in Dockyard took place last night, with local fighters making an outstanding showing to claim multiple wins over their international opponents.
Boxing
The first official boxing fight of the night saw Canadian Ismail Mohammed claim a unanimous decision over Dejon Benjamin in their welterweight bout, and in a light welterweight bout, Adrian Roach defeated his Canadian opponent Jack Cabotaje by unanimous decision.
Andre Lambe recorded a TKO win American Jose Ceja with the fight stopped in the third round, and in the final fight of the night Nikki Bascome win by unanimous decision over Canadian Dylan Rushton.
Kick Boxing
Enzi Johnston won the first kick boxing fight of the night with a split decision over American Samantha Knight, while Kallan Todd won by unanimous decision over American Schaeffer.
Ashton Bell won his fight over Cole Durham also by unanimous decision, with Che Durham picking up a unanimous decision win over Tyler Kerr, and the final kickboxing fight of the night saw Krista Dyer claim a unanimous decision over Canadian Taylor Gerow.
