Nahki Wells Scores Twice In Bristol U23 Win
Nahki Wells scored two goals to lead the Bristol City Under 23 team to a 3 – 1 win over the Cardiff City Under 23 team.
Tommy Conway gave Bristol City the lead in the 15th minute, that lead would hold until the 53rd minute, Wells was brought down in the box, and the striker converted his spot-kick to double the Bristol City Under 23 lead.
In the 62nd minute Cardiff City Under 23s pulled a goal back, and in the 72nd minute, Wells restored the Bristol City two-goal advantage to make it 3 – 1.
The Bermudian footballer is not under 23, however the clubs are allowed to field a limited number of over age players in their matches.
