Student Passes Delay, So Current Passes Valid
There is a “delay in the distribution of 2022 student summer passes due to the late arrival of the shipment” and “until the new shipment arrives, the current student passes for the 2021/22 school year are valid.”
A Government spokesperson said, “The Ministry of Transport advises parents and students of a delay in the distribution of 2022 student summer passes due to the late arrival of the shipment.
“Until the new shipment arrives, the current student passes for the 2021/22 school year are valid, and students can use them on public buses and ferries.
“Students are urged not to discard their current passes but to use them until summer passes are issued.
“The Ministry of Transport and the Department of Education will advise when the summer passes are available for distribution and collection.”
