Penruddocke Finishes 13th In UK Sailing
Adriana Penruddocke finished in 13th place in the UK Laser Association ILCA 6 Open and National Championships.
In the first race of the last day and the ninth of the series, Penruddocke finished 13th, and then finished 12th in the second and final race of the day to conclude the regatta with 79 net points.
In a post on Instagram, she said, “It’s been a week with lots of positivity even though the result doesn’t show it as much as I would have liked but it’s one of the hardest things I’m currently teaching myself: be kind on myself, it’s a process and perfection is impossible. Just gotta keep working at it and trusting the process. Now I’ve got a couple days to recharge the batteries and then we go back into training mode.”
