BYLG To Host Clothing Giveaway On March 18
The Bermuda Young Lawyers Group [BYLG] will be hosting a business attire clothing giveaway on Saturday [March 18] in the Washington Mall from 10.00am to 2.00pm.
A spokesperson said, “The BYLG will be hosting a business attire clothing giveaway on Saturday, 18 March, in the Washington Mall, Unit A-3a, [across from Beluga Bar] from 10:00am to 2:00pm. It is our hope to reach as many people as possible who are in need of professional clothing for interviews and/or who experience difficulties with showing up professionally at the work place.
“Donation drop off details prior to the business attire clothing giveaway are below:
- 13 March 2023 to 17 March 2023
- Location: Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited, 34 Bermudiana Road, Hamilton HM 11
- Time: During normal business hours
“The BYLG would greatly appreciate any and all donations, but please keep in mind the following:
- Only good quality clothing will be accepted;
- All clothes must be washed prior to donation;
- We encourage any and everyone to donate, not only members of the Bermuda Bar, despsite what the flyers say;
- There will be no remuneration for donations as all donations will be given away free; and
- We encourage anyone looking to benefit from the professional clothing drive to bring a bag with you to take home donations in.”
