Truran Helps SCAD Win National Championship
Casey Truran and his Savannah College of Art and Design [SCAD] Equestrian teammates won the Team Collegiate National Division National Championship [winning 3 of the 4 phases] and the Team Collegiate Novice National Championship and Reserve Championship [winning 3 of the 4 phases].
The 2023 American National Riding Commission Championships were held in Aiken, SC at the Highfields Equestrian Complex.
In the National Division, SCAD Bees were named Champion with 177.12 points, while Centenary University was named Reserve Champion in the four-team field. Truran and his teammates finished third with 156.55 points.
Truran finished 9th in the Collegiate National Division with a score of 75.29.
