Occupants Freed From Overturned Vehicle
Police and other emergency service personnel attended to the scene of an overturned car last night [May 14], with the vehicle’s occupants reported to be trapped inside.
A spokesperson said, “Around 10:15pm on Sunday 14th May 2023, police and other emergency service personnel were dispatched to a report of a single vehicle collision, on Harrington Sound Road in the area of Manor House Drive in Smith’s.
“It was reported that a motor car involved in a collision had overturned, causing several of the occupants to be trapped inside.
“The occupants were eventually freed from the vehicle and were attended to by EMTs at the scene, however no serious injuries were reported.
“Traffic diversions had been put in place until the overturned vehicle was removed from the scene, and regular traffic flow has been restored in the area.”
