PwC Announces Senior Leadership Promotions
PwC Bermuda has appointed three new partners and promoted two others with effect tomorrow [July 1].
A spokesperson said, “PwC Bermuda today announces the appointment of three new partners and two further leadership promotions with effect 1 July, 2023.
“These promotions reflect major milestones for our respected colleagues and leaders, and reflect the firm’s significant investment in the scale of the practice, depth of its talent and commitment to bringing a more diverse group of people into senior leadership roles.
“Elanor Daniel, David Forester, and Chris Mills will be promoted to Partner.
“Damian Sealy, Director, will become Actuarial Leader for Bermuda and PwC in the Caribbean.
“Anthony Fellowes will be promoted to Director – Digital.”

Elanor Daniel, Partner
The spokesperson said, “Elly joined the firm in 2003 in the Insurance & Reinsurance audit practice and transitioned into the Risk & Quality team in 2012, where she focuses on ensuring the firm maintains the highest standards of quality by leading a diverse range of risk-related programs and working closely with client service teams.
“Elly enjoys spending time with her husband, children and dog, and loves travelling, including visiting her extended family in the UK. She is an active participant in the PwC community volunteer programme and serves on the firm’s Business Continuity and Health & Safety team.
David Forester, Partner
“David joined the firm in 2003 and has extensive experience in helping clients to navigate regulatory complexity and strengthen trust and transparency. He focuses on the provision of audit and advisory services to a wide range of clients in the insurance, reinsurance and asset and wealth management sectors – with SEC, US GAAP, IFRS and Bermuda statutory reporting requirements.
“David is a husband and father to a 16-year-old and 14-year-old. His favourite way to spend time away from the desk is working out at the gym or going for a run. In the community, he volunteers with the Warwick Community Feeding Program.
Chris Mills, Partner
“Chris has been with the firm since 2014, providing assurance and advisory services to clients in the insurance industry. He currently leads the firm’s Risk Advisory practice. Chris is passionate about building effective internal audit and risk management functions and has worked with a variety of re/insurers on internal audit transformation including designing, evaluating and enhancing internal control frameworks.
“Chris’ favourite way to spend time away from work is practising yoga, running, hiking and watching soccer. He is a strong advocate for community service at PwC, and volunteers to support initiatives to help the homeless.
Damian Sealy, Actuarial Services Leader, PwC in Bermuda and the Caribbean
“Damian joined the firm in 2019 from PwC’s Risk Modelling Services team in London. He leads the provision of actuarial services on audit and advisory engagements and has worked with a variety of insurers, from single-parent captives to large global property and catastrophe reinsurers.
“Carnivals and sporting events, in particular playing cricket, are where you can find Damian outside of the office. However, his greatest joy is making lasting memories with his eight-year-old son and six-year-old daughter.
Anthony Fellowes, Director
“Anthony began his professional career with PwC Bermuda in 2010 as a senior associate, delivering assurance and advisory services with a focus on information technology. A champion of the firm’s digital transformation initiatives, he works with insurance and banking clients to integrate innovative and emerging technologies.
“A husband, and father to a two-year-old, he enjoys playing rugby, squash, and running. Anthony is passionate about health and wellness and leads the firm’s Be Well, Work Well programme aimed at enhancement of overall workforce wellbeing, satisfaction and productivity.
“Appointments subject to the approval of the Bermuda Department of Immigration.”
