Sailors Continue Optimist World Championships
Bermuda optimist sailors Shiloh Cruickshank, Nina Gotfredsen, Trystan Hocking, Dylan Menzies, and Miguel Power continued competing in the 2023 Optimist World Championships in Spain.
Two more races took place on the day two, with Power leading the Bermuda fleet, he is in 119th overall with 119 points, after finishing 20th in the first race of the day and the third of the series, and 10th in the second race sailing on the green course.
Cruickshank competing on the green course had finishes of 33rd, and 24th and he has 126 points in 133rd place, Hocking is in 164th place overall with 154 points, with 170 points is Menzies who is in 189th place, and Gotfredsen is 199th with 181 points.
