Golfers Continue Competing In World Am
Seven of the nine Bermuda golfers have continued competing in the World Amateur Tournament in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA.
Playing in the women’s gross division Tracy Burgess is T10th after her third round of 88, sees her with a total score of 247, Ann Symonds finds herself in 3rd place after her third round 74 in the women’s senior 60+ division, to move to 226, while Melinda Frith is 15th in the same division, after a round of 72, and a score of 238.
Richard Marriott is in 3rd place after his third-round 73 in the senior men’s 50-59 division, and he has a score of 226.
In the senior women’s 60 & above division, Ann Mitchell is 14th after a round of 80, to move to 241, while in the senior men’s 50-59 division Anthony Than is 42nd after his round of 90, to move onto 262, and Gary Venning competing in the mid senior men’s 60-69 division is T31st after his round of 83, which sees him on 250.
