Garrett Curran has resigned as a director from Argus Group Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries Centurion Insurance Services Limited and Antes Insurance Brokers Limited.
The filing said, “In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Argus Group Holdings Limited, announced the following director resignation.
“We wish to advise that Mr. Garrett Curran has formally resigned as a director of the Company and its subsidiaries Centurion Insurance Services Limited and Antes Insurance Brokers Limited [both as a Director] effective as of 28 September 2023.”
