Daniel Phillips Advances In Southwest Regional
Bermudian tennis player Daniel Phillips was back in action competing in the 2023 ITA Division 1 Men’s Southwest Regional Championships.
Representing Arizona State University in the doubles, Phillips and Constantinos Koshis defeated ULCA pair Timothy Li, and Spencer Johnson, but they needed a tiebreaker to do so.
With the score deadlocked at 7 – 7, Phillips and Koshis won the tiebreaker 10-8 to advance.
