Information Commissioner’s Office [ICO]

Notice to all Public Authorities as

listed in the Schedule to the PATI Act 2010

Pursuant to sections 7[1][b], 8[1], and 58[3] of the Public Access to Information [PATI] Act 2010, every public authority listed in Column 1 of the Schedule to the Act shall submit to the Information Commissioner by Tuesday, 2 January 2024, the ICO 2023 Annual Return.

Returns should be submitted to the Information Commissioner’s Office, Maxwell Roberts Building, 4th Floor, 1 Church Street, Hamilton HM11, or by email to stats@ico.bm. Further information and additional copies of the 2023 Annual Return package are available on the ICO’s website https://www.ico.bm/for-the-public-authorities/annual-return/, or by contacting the Information Commissioner’s Office at stats@ico.bm or on 543-3700.
