Netball: BNA League Division Results

The Bermuda Netball Association’s league season continued at the Bernard’s Park Netball Courts, with matches in all four divisions.

In the Under 11 division, Quin Burgess was named the best attacker for the Phoenix Sparks, the best fefender was A’Mariss Dyer, and the MVP was Kenzi McCreary. Savannah Hayward was named the best defender and MVP for the Storm, with Sariah Grant the best attacker. Olivia Darrell was named the best defender and MVP for the Dandy Stars, with Naiah Rayner the best attacker. Titania Green was named the North Village Lady Rams best attacker Tabitha Ball was the best defender.

Rangers defeated the North Village Lady Rams 18 – 2 in their Under 14 division match. Best attacker Jazmyn Sutton scored the two goals for the North Village Lady Rams, Kierra Trott was the Best defender.

The Storm defeated the North Village Lady Rams 38 – 10 in their Under 17 division match. Rhianna Reddicks led the Storm with 19 goals, Jaelyn Rewan-Lambert added 13 goals, and Jazya Brimmer-Peets scored 6 times. Sa’Ray Beach was named the best attacker, the best defender was Keyahnee Burgess. Ra’eesah Robinson scored 7 goals for the North Village Lady Rams, with MVP Starr Bowen adding the other 3. The best attacker was Jayda Walker, and the best defender was Zipporah Grant.

In senior division action, Phoenix defeated St. George’s 42 – 23. Danielle Raynor led Phoenix with 28 goals, Ebonie Cox added 7 goals, with K’Xiyae Gibbons scoring 5 times, and Sydney Santos scored twice. Nikita Trott scored 11 goals for St. George’s, Kristin Holman, and Co-MVP Sonja Townsend both added 6 goals each, the other Co-MVP Jasmine Adams was also the best defender.

The North Village Lady Rams defeated the Storm 42-24, Darrika Simons scored 28 goals for the North Village Lady Rams, with Coriah Simmons adding the other 14 goals. The MVP was Asante’ Chapman. Rihanna Reddicks scored 15 goals for the Storm, MVP and best attacker Zakiyah Durham added 7 goals, and Nabiilah Nasir scored twice.
