Sakari Famous Wins At Samford Invitational
Bermuda’s Sakari Famous has claimed another victory, winning the high jump at the Samford Invitational in Birmingham, Alabama.
She competes for McNeese State University and their report said, “McNeese Cowgirl high jumper Sakari Famous captured her second consecutive first place.
“Famous cleared 5-9.25 to win the high jump event and clearing the 5-9 mark for the second straight week.”
Last week, Famous won the LSU Purple Tiger at the LSU Carl Maddox Fieldhouse in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
