The Government has successfully balanced Bermuda’s budget with a projected surplus of $210,000, the road paving budget has been more than doubled to $5 million, capital funding has been awarded for the purchase of two new ferries, the Government will invest an additional $10 million into the Bermuda Housing Corporation and the Education Ministry will fund three scholarship awards for students at the University of the West Indies were some of the items announced in the budget this morning by Premier and Minister of Finance David Burt
