Two Vehicle Collision In City Of Hamilton
A two vehicle collision involving a car and a bike occurred in the City of Hamilton.
A police spokesperson said, “Around 5:10pm on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, police and other first responders were dispatched to a reported two vehicle collision involving a car and a bike on Par-La-Ville Road at the junction with Church Street, in the City of Hamilton.
“Initial information suggests that a car, which was negotiating a right hand turn from Par-La-Ville Road onto Richmond Road, became involved in a collision with a motorcyclist who was reportedly overtaking the line of traffic.
“The driver of the car was not reported to be injured.
“However, the male motorcyclist has been transported to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for treatment of potentially serious injuries.
“Police are diverting traffic at the scene and traffic delays are to be expected.”
