Jaydon Roberts Qualifies For Junior Pan Am
Bermudian archer Jaydon Roberts has qualified for the Junior Pan American Games in Asuncion, Paraguay, next summer.
The 18-year-old finished sixth in the under-21 men’s recurve at the Pan American Youth and Masters Championships in El Salvador yesterday [May 10] to secure one of the ten qualifying spots for the multi-sport event.
He was accompanied to the championships by his father Ross Roberts, the Bermuda head coach.
The Junior Pan Am Games are expected to feature more than 4,500 athletes from 41 nations in more than 20 sports in the Paraguayan capital.
