BNA U-18 & Senior: Phoenix Fire & Storm Win
Matches in the Bermuda netball under 18 and senior division took place at the Bernard’s Park.
Under 18 Division
Phoenix Fire 37 – North Village Lady Rams 20
Phoenix Fire defeated the North Village Lady Rams 37 – 20.
MVP Kammie Mills led the Phoenix Fire to victory with 22 goals, while Hailey Trott added 10 goals, and Makaylie Smith scored 3 times, the best attacker was Sanaa Grant, and the best defender was Jaya Dillas.
Starr Bowen scored 12 goals for the North Village Lady Rams, while Akina Williams added 8, Neveah Swan was named the best attacker, and MVP, while the best defender was Zipporah Grant.
Senior Division
Storm 57 – Dockies 13
The Storm defeated the Dockies 57 – 13, Nabiilah Nasir scored 28 goals to lead the Storm to victory, best defender Inshan-nae Smith added 16 goals, while Zakiyah Durham added 7 goals, and Rihanna Reddicks scored 6 goals. The best attacker was Amali Powell, while Debre’ Evans was named the team’s MVP.
Olivia Bugg scored 12 goals for the Dockies, while Rosanna Strickland added the other goal.
