Youth Library Re-Opening Has Been Postponed
The Bermuda National Library [BNL] announced that the “scheduled reopening of the Youth Library, initially set for October 14, has been postponed due to ongoing remediation.”
A spokesperson said, “The Youth Library staff will continue to host the following programs in the Meeting Room at the Main Library:
- Saturdays: Saturday Storytime, Book Babies, Girls’ Club, Chess Club
- Tuesdays: Crafternoons
- Wednesdays: Teen Advisory AB
- Thursdays: Lego Club
“Youth Library staff also invite members of the public to join them for the Halloween Zombie Walk on Friday, October 25, 2024. The walk will start at the Main Library on Queen Street at 6:00 PM.
“Online resources and a limited selection of children’s and young adult books at the Main Library will remain available for loan.
“Our customer support services remain available by email at youthlib@gov.bm or by calling the Main Library at 295-2905.
“We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause. We appreciate the public’s continued patience while we await a new reopening date.”
