Middle School U12 Six A Side Football Results
Saltus Grammar School won the Middle School under 12 Football Six-a-Side Tournament.
A spokesperson said, “Saltus Grammar School defeated Warwick Academy 3-1 to defend their title at the Bermuda School Sports Federation middle school under 12 six a side football tournament. Roman Gaglio put Saltus ahead in the first minute of the match. Royal Fubler Tucker doubled the lead three minutes later. Cree Bean pulled one back just before the half. Kobe Deane put the game beyond Warwick’s reach with a goal two minutes before the final whistle
“Saltus defeated Francis Patton 8-1 in the semi final. Gaglio led his side with a hat-trick. Fubler Tucker added two while Ben McQueen, Chance Franks and Cai Williams added a goal each. Elijah Smith was Francis Patton’s scorer. Warwick twice surrendered the lead before defeating the Whitney Institute 4-3 in penalty kicks after the match ended 2-2. Bean twice put Warwick in the lead while Julian Simmons and Masai Simmons each scored for Whitney.”
