Photos & Video: Motocross At Coney Island
Local and overseas riders competed in the Pink Sand Scrambling motocross event at Coney Island in St George’s this weekend. The event, which was organised by Pink Sand Scrambling, featured more than $10,000 in prize money for the dash for cash event.
Speaking at a press conference on Thursday [December 12], Minister of Public Works Lt/Col David Burch said, “This event is historic and marks the return of motocross to the place where it all started, a sport that has been part of Bermuda’s history but has not taken place at this venue in many years.”
