Pursuant to regulation 5[4] of the Civil Aviation [Air Transport Licensing] Regulations 2007 [the “regulations”] the Air Transport Licensing Panel [the “Panel”] hereby publishes the following particulars of an application for an air transport licence [ATL] served by BermudAir Limited.

Date application served: 31 December 2024.

Date from which ATL sought to be effective: as soon as possible.

Proposed services: scheduled and charter operations carrying passengers, cargo or mail or any of the foregoing combined.

Scheduled services proposed: initially scheduled operations from Bermuda [TXKF] to
