Notification of Specified Sectoral Providers
The Regulatory Authority, pursuant to Sections 87[1] and 87[2] of the Regulatory Authority Act 2011, gives the following Notice:

Pursuant to the standards agreed with the consent of the Minister responsible for the electronic communications and electricity sectors, the following entities shall constitute Specified Sectoral Providers within the meaning of Section 87 of the Regulatory Authority Act 2011:

Bermuda Digital Communications Limited and Logic Communications Limited operating under the brand name One Communications;

Bermuda Electric Light Company Limited; and

TeleCommunications [Bermuda & West Indies] Ltd. and Bermuda Telephone Company Limited, collectively “Digicel Group”.
