1. This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information [Information Statement] Parole Board Notice 2025.
Deposit of information statement
2. Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the Parole Board’s information statement has been deposited for public inspection at—
[a] the offices of the Ministry of Justice
[b] the Bermuda Archives,
[c] the Bermuda National Library, and
[d] the Office of the Information Commissioner,
and shall come into operation on 28th of March 2025.
