Kiira Grant Named To ’30 Under 30′
The Bermuda Tourism Authority [BTA] announced that Kiira Grant has been named to Destinations International’s “30 Under 30 Class of 2025”, a program recognizing the next generation of talent in the destination marketing and tourism industry.
A spokesperson said, “Each year, 30 individuals under the age of 30 are selected through a competitive process for a year-long industry education and networking opportunity. This year’s honorees represent 30 destinations across four countries, selected from a highly competitive pool of 91 applicants.
“As the largest and most respected association of destination organizations, Destinations International represents over 9,500 members and partners from more than 750 destinations worldwide, including convention and visitors’ bureaus [CVBs] and tourism boards.”
Kiira Grant, a 25-year-old Bermudian and Tourism Standards & Training Specialist at the BTA, expressed her excitement about this recognition, saying:” I am incredibly honored to be recognized by such a distinguished organization so early in my career in tourism.
This achievement is a testament to the steadfast support and encouragement I’ve received from the leadership at the BTA. As a young professional, I hope my journey inspires other young Bermudians by showing that remarkable milestones in this field are within reach. I am committed to using my knowledge and experiences to advocate for others and support their career growth. I

Tracy Berkeley, CEO of the Bermuda Tourism Authority, celebrated her recognition, emphasizing the importance of investing in young leaders, saying: “Our Tourism Standards & Training team, led by dedicated professionals, is shaping the future of Bermuda’s tourism industry by nurturing young talent and fostering growth. A spokesperson added, “This marks the third time a BTA staff member has been recognized in the 30 Under 30 program. The honor highlights the outstanding talent within the BTA and reaffirms the team’s dedication to excellence in Bermuda’s tourism industry.
