Health Ministry Office Closed This Afternoon
The Ministry of Health advised that “its headquarters and the office of Aging and Disability Services” on Church Street will be closed for the remainder of this afternoon [April 9].
A Government spokesperson said, “The Ministry of Health wishes to inform the public that its headquarters and the office of Aging and Disability Services, located in the Continental Building at 25 Church Street, Hamilton, will be closed for the remainder of the afternoon. This closure is due to building management addressing a smell emanating from the basement caused by maintenance work.
“The Ministry of Health and the office of Aging and Disability Services, anticipate opening tomorrow morning and appreciates the public’s understanding. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.”
