The fourth annual charitable Kites For Kids event was held yesterday evening [April 16] at TNT Tatem Field, with over 100 kites given away at the event which also included a fun castle, Easter baskets and more.

A spokesperson previously said, “Kites For Kids is a charitable initiative that is the brainchild of Sunshine After Dark and brought to life through collaboration with The Giveback. This year marks the 4th anniversary of the annual event which will be held on Wednesday April 16 at the TNT Tatem Field from 5:30pm until supplies last.

“This year’s event will see over 100 Bermuda Hummer kites and birdies given away to Bermudian children and families along with Easter baskets, treats and food. At the event there will also be activities such as strider bikes and fun castles for the children to enjoy. This will be capped off at the end of the evening by an appearance from the Gombey Troupe and the Easter Bunny who will be bringing the vibes.”
