2025 PowerBoat Association Season Kicks Off
The 2025 Bermuda PowerBoat Association [BPBA] season burst into action at Ferry Reach this weekend.
In the highly competitive A class heat one, the team of Shane Madeiros and Joshua Holder emerged victorious, taking the day’s honours after a strong performance.
The B class heat one and two saw Brandon DeSilva and Blake Burgess claim the top spot, while Jody Carreiro and Tony Carreiro powered their way to victory in both Heats in the C class.
The D class heat one action saw Andrew Cortingham and Henry Talbot III take line honours as the first boat to cross the finish line. However, after the calculations, the overall win in the D class was awarded to Howard Ascento and Edd Burrows.
