Bermuda Team Set For Miami Open Karate
A team of eight athletes will represent Bermuda at the Miami Open Karate International at Florida Memorial University tomorrow [May 16] and Sunday.
The tournament is expected to feature about 600 competitors from several countries.
The Bermuda Youth National Karate Team will be led by Sensei Nigel Williams, Sensei Arnold E Allen and Sensei Talia Fox.
The youth competitors are Zoe Talbot, Talaya Sousa, Alessia Vianello, Amarriah Vaughans, Dash Bailey, Davonte Smith-Richardson, Giovanni Vianello and Chan Simons.
Tony Cabral and Fox will also compete in the Masters divisions.
