Government Of Bermuda Ministry Of The Cabinet Office And Digital Innovation The Development And Planning Act 1974 The City Of Hamilton Plan 2025 Whereas the Minister of the Cabinet Office and Digital Innovation has caused a development plan entitled ‘The City of Hamilton Plan 2025’ to be prepared; Whereas objections and representations in respect of the Draft City of Hamilton Plan 2024 have been invited by the Minister and determined by the Objections Tribunal; and Whereas the Minister, on due consideration of the report of the Objections Tribunal, deems it expedient to exercise the powers conferred on him by section 11[9] of the Development and Planning Act 1974; Therefore, in exercise of those powers, the Minister gives the following Notice— The Plan The City of Hamilton Plan 2025 is Hereby Declared as approved by resolution of the House of Assembly on 21 May 2025 and the Senate on 5 June 2025, becoming operative on the 9th June 2025.
