Kalen Brunson Makes QPR Debut In Cup
Bermudian footballer Kalen Brunson made his Queens Park Rangers debut in their 3-2 defeat away to Plymouth Argyle in the first round of the Carabao Cup on Tuesday [August 12].
The 16-year-old winger, who signed terms for the Sky Bet Championship side in December last year, came on as an 86th minute substitute.
Brunson’s boyhood club, PHC Zebras, posted on social media: “Earlier this year, Kalen Brunson signed with Queens Park Rangers after impressing during his trial and spending some time playing for their under-21 team.
“Fast forward to this week, at only 16 years old, he made his senior debut – becoming the club’s second-youngest player ever.
“Our PHC family is proud of you Kalen, and we wish you many more minutes at Loftus Road and a successful season ahead.”
