Butterfield Celebrates 2025 Summer Interns
Butterfield has completed its 2025 Summer Internship programme, with ten Bermudian undergraduate students taking part.
A spokesperson said, “Butterfield is pleased to announce the successful completion of its 2025 Summer Internship programme, which provided ten Bermudian undergraduate students with valuable hands-on experience in the financial services industry.
“The ten-week programme was designed to equip participants with practical skills, industry insight, and professional exposure to support their future career development. Interns were placed across a range of departments including Retail Banking, Private Banking, Asset Management, Operations, Finance, Consumer Credit and Human Resources.
“This year’s cohort included Savaz Jones-Belboda, Brianna Benevides, Alessandro Davis, Analiese Finkbeiner, Amelie Kempe, Jaden McCottry, Layla Perry-Burrows, Azzra Savory, Liam Thompson, and Jessye Vaucrosson.”
Denneeka Crockwell, Butterfield’s Vice President of Human Resources at Butterfield Bermuda, said, “We extend our heartfelt congratulations to our 2025 interns and thank them for their dedication throughout the programme. One of the highlights this year was the sustainability project led by the interns themselves, showcasing their commitment to environmental awareness and collaborative teamwork.
“They should be extremely proud of the meaningful contributions they made during their time with us.”
