Couple Celebrates 30th Anniversary In Bermuda
American couple Barb and Bob Lippmann are celebrating their 30th anniversary with two trips to Bermuda.
A spokesperson said, “Perennial repeat visitors Barb and Bob Lippmann choose their 30th anniversary year to make two visits to Bermuda – the first since the expiration of their timeshare weeks.

“The Lippmanns, originally from the northeast, always felt at home in Bermuda and, at one time, owed four timeshare weeks at The St. George’s Club Hotel.
“Throughout the years, golf was a main reason for their visit, but The St. George’s Club – with a neighbouring golf course within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and amenities – made St. George’s an all-inclusive vacation experience.

“For the Lippmanns, stopping at Swizzle Inn and ordering a pitcher of swizzle is a ritual they’ve enjoyed every visit. The scooter and mopeds have been traded in for the minicar built for two, which now features air conditioning, Bluetooth, and a trunk that holds golf clubs.
“Visits to St. George’s became more like a homecoming for the Lippmanns, who would find time to worship at Stella Maris Catholic Church in St. George’s, an experience they’ve shared with Cindy and Zindziswa Swan.”

MP Kim Swan said, “I’ve known Barb and Bob Lippmann since the early 1980s at the Castle Harbour Resort through mutual friends connected to golf. Through the St. George’s Club connection, we’ve become close friends, not so dissimilar to thousands of good relationships which have developed through tourism in Bermuda.
“They are definitely an important part of Bermuda’s extended family around the world.”
