Results: 12 Bermudian Footballers Overseas

Teams that include Bermudian footballers Nathan Trott, Nahki Wells, Reggie Lambe, Willie Clemons, Deniche Hill, Keziah Martin, Coleridge Fubler, Aunde Todd, Qur’an Raynor, Justin Donawa, Kane Crichlow, and Roger Lee were in action this week in England.

Nathan Trott and his Cardiff City teammates suffered a dramatic 1-0 loss on the road when Amario Cozier-Duberry of Bolton Wanderers scored in the second minute of stoppage time, securing the three points for the hosts.

In League One action, forward Nahki Wells helped Luton Town secure a key 1-0 away victory over Northampton.

The lower divisions saw mixed results for other Bermudian players. Reggie Lambe and his Needham Market FC teammates earned a key win in their Southern League Premier Central battle, defeating Kettering Town. In contrast, Willie Clemons and his Leiston FC teammates were eliminated from the Isuzu FA Trophy, falling 2-1 to AFC Sudbury.

Buxton United FC, featuring Deniche Hill and Keziah Martin, delivered a resounding performance with a 6-0 victory against Alfreton Town Football Club at Tarmac Silverlands Stadium.

Coleridge Fubler started for Binfield FC in their Isthmian Football League match, which ended in a 3-1 defeat to Hanworth Villa, where teammates Aunde Todd and Qur’an Raynor were unused substitutes. Justin Donawa was also an unused substitute as Brackley Town suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat to Southend United FC, and Kane Crichlow and his Sutton United FC teammates were beaten 4-2 by Cheltenham Town FC. Finally, Roger Lee and his Heanor Town teammates were defeated 2-0 by Deeping Rangers FC in their United Counties League matchup.
