Swimming: Rhys Insley Wins In Canada
Rhys Insley won the gold medal in the Men’s 100m Breaststroke A Final at the JP Fiset Invitational.
Representing the Bermuda-based Harbour Swim Club, Insley recorded a winning time of 1:04.64.
The victory brought the combined medal count for Insley and teammate Sam Williamson to six for the competition in Canada.
