BDA Launches New ‘Leadership Exchange’
The Bermuda Business Development Agency [BDA] today announced the launch of the BDA Leadership Exchange [BLE], a “new forum designed to bring together leaders, innovators, and practitioners across Bermuda’s key economic sectors. ”
A spokesperson said, “The BLE will convene purpose-led groups to exchange perspectives, surface opportunities and challenges, and support progress across the island’s priority industries.
Kyle Rogers and Phil Davis
“Developed as part of the BDA’s commitment to more structured and intentional engagement, the BLE offers participants a space to share insight and compare what they are seeing across markets, regulation, technology, and investment trends. Each group will be anchored in one of the BDA’s core pillars:
- Asset Management
- Insurance & Risk Solutions
- Technology & Innovation
- Infrastructure & Development
- Private Wealth
“The BLE gives us a clearer way to listen, compare perspectives, and understand what stakeholders are experiencing in real time,” said Kyle Rogers, Head of Research & Intelligence at the BDA. “Our goal is to ensure that insight from the business community is reflected in the intelligence we generate and the priorities we advance. It creates a more intentional loop between industry and the agency.”
The spokesperson said, “To drive the BLE and strengthen engagement across sectors, the BDA has appointed Phillip Davis as Stakeholder Relationship Manager. Davis brings extensive experience in strategic marketing, digital engagement, and stakeholder communication, having previously served in senior leadership roles at The Argus Group, including Head of Marketing and Digital Engagement.”
“The BLE is a timely and practical forum for people who want to contribute their experience and broaden the conversation,” said Phil Davis. “My role is to help ensure that participation feels meaningful, that insights are captured, and that the relationships we build through this platform support Bermuda’s long-term competitiveness.”
The spokesperson said, “The first BLE sessions will take place at the end of February. Stakeholders interested in participating are invited to register their interest through the online form. Registration link: https://bda.bm/programmes-resources/bda-leadership-exchange/.”
