The Second Spring Senior Bowling League title race tightened this week at Warwick Lanes as league leaders Blue Angels took their scheduled bye.
Second-place Pinsplitters defeated fourth-place Islanders 3–1, reducing the gap to the Blue Angels.
Third-place Last Pin and sixth-place Drifters played to a 2–2 draw in a closely contested match.
Fifth-place New Comers beat seventh-place Star Lites 4–0.
