Woollins And Durkin Win Fidelity 5K Run
The Bermuda road running season continued with the Fidelity 5K Run and Walk this weekend, where Philip Woollins and Colette Durkin recorded the fastest times in the men’s and women’s divisions.
Woollins won the men’s race in 17 minutes, 51 seconds. Corey Brunton finished second in 17:59, and Mike Neill placed third in 18:11. Durkin led the women’s field and finished fifth overall in 18:42. Stepanka Sprincova was second among women and seventh overall in 19:00. Teresa Ruiz took third in the women’s division, finishing 14th overall in 20:00.
