BHCS Hosts Docs For Dinner Event

Bermuda HealthCare Services, in partnership with Brown-Darrell Clinic, hosted a fully subscribed Docs for Dinner event on April 28, bringing together the island’s medical community and featuring neurointervention specialist Dr. Timo Krings.

A spokesperson said, “Bermuda HealthCare Services [BHCS], in partnership with Brown-Darrell Clinic, successfully hosted a fully subscribed Docs for Dinner educational event on Tuesday, April 28, bringing together Bermuda’s medical community for an evening of continuing education, collaboration, and clinical insight.

“The highly anticipated event featured internationally recognised Neurointervention specialist Timo Krings, MD, PhD, FRCPC, of Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, who also serves as Professor and Chair at UMass Chan Medical School.

“Dr Krings delivered a compelling presentation titled’What’s New in the Brain? Why Doctors Need to Know About Neurointervention,’ highlighting the latest advances in neurointerventional techniques and their growing importance in modern clinical practice. Attendees gained valuable insight into innovative treatment approaches for neurological conditions, reinforcing the importance of staying abreast of rapidly evolving medical technologies.

“Held at BLU Bar & Grill, the evening began with a networking reception, followed by dinner and an engaging, discussion-driven presentation. The event’s full attendance underscored the strong demand for high-quality continuing medical education opportunities within Bermuda’s healthcare community.”
