Furbert & Outerbridge Honoured At Montverde
Bermudians Zydon Furbert and Miles Outerbridge were recognized during the Montverde Academy Athletic Honors Night in Florida, with Furbert earning an award while Outerbridge was nominated for two awards.
Furbert was named Montverde Academy’s 10th Grade Male Athlete of the Year, earning recognition for his performances in both soccer and track and field,
Furbert has competed for the Montverde Academy men’s soccer team, helping the programme maintain its standing as one of the top-ranked high school teams in the United States, and he has also competed for the school’s track and field team.
Outerbridge was also recognized during the event, receiving nominations for 12th Grade Male Athlete of the Year and the Eagles Choice Award.
