Mental Health Sessions On May 18 And 26
The Ministry of Health and the Mental Health Anti Stigma Group will host virtual Lunch & Learn sessions on May 18 and 26 as part of Mental Health Anti Stigma Month 2026.
A Government spokesperson said, “The Ministry of Health, together with the Mental Health Anti Stigma Group, is inviting the community to participate in two virtual Lunch & Learn sessions as part of Mental Health Anti Stigma Month 2026. These sessions are designed to spark awareness, encourage open dialogue, and build practical skills that support everyday wellbeing.

“Mental wellbeing is something we all deserve, and it grows stronger when we learn together,” said Minister of Health, Kim Wilson. “These sessions give our community a chance to pause, reflect, and build practical tools that support healthier workplaces and healthier lives. I encourage everyone to join us, bring your lunch, and take part in these important conversations.”
The spokesperson said, “These sessions are hosted by the Mental Health Anti Stigma Group under the Ministry of Health.”
