Panama Defeat Brazil In T2O Qualifier
Panama defeated Brazil by 69 runs in the ICC Men’s Cricket T20 World Cup Sub-Regional Qualifier at the North Field, National Sports Centre, yesterday [June 22].
Panama batted first, scoring 155 runs for the loss of four wickets off 20 overs, with Parth Jayeshbhai Patel top-scoring with 51.
In reply, Brazil scored 86 for eight off their allotted overs.
Tomorrow’s matches will involve Panama against the Bahamas at 10.30am, and Belize against Brazil at 3pm.
