Hilton To Feature Bermuda Theme In Boston
Hilton Boston Park Plaza will partner with the Spirit of Bermuda and Goslings Rum to offer Bermudian-inspired activities and island-themed experiences from July 11 to 16 during Sail Boston 2026.
A spokesperson said, “As Boston prepares to welcome the world for Sail Boston 2026 and the return of the Tall Ships, Hilton Boston Park Plaza is bringing a taste of Bermuda to the heart of Back Bay through an exclusive partnership with the Spirit of Bermuda and Goslings Rum, Bermuda’s iconic rum producer.
“As the official host hotel for the Spirit of Bermuda, Hilton Boston Park Plaza will offer a series of Bermudian-inspired activities from Saturday, July 11 through Thursday, July 16 at its lobby restaurant, Off the Common, creating a unique opportunity for Boston residents and visitors to experience the culture, flavors, and traditions of Bermuda during one of the city’s most anticipated summer events. Throughout the week, guests will also be immersed in Bermudian-inspired touches across the hotel, including doormen sporting Bermuda’s iconic pink shorts, tropical floral displays at the entrances, and a calming island-themed playlist in the lobby, creating memorable and photo-worthy moments that bring the spirit of the island to downtown Boston.
“All week long, guests can enjoy a specialty Bermudian menu featuring authentic island flavors prepared by Hilton Boston Park Plaza’s Chef Bidur Bhattarai who previously worked at the Henry the VIII Restaurant and Mad Hatters in Bermuda. Signature dishes include traditional conch fritters, a classic Bermudian fish sandwich, and a Goslings Rum cake, offering guests a true taste of Bermuda in the heart of Boston. A portion of proceeds from the Bermudian menu will support both the Bermuda Sloop Foundation and Boston-based Courageous Sailing, organizations dedicated to providing youth with sailing education, leadership development, and hands-on learning opportunities.”

The spokesperson said, “The hotel will also feature Goslings Rum tastings and cocktail experiences led by brand representatives, serving iconic and quintessential island cocktails including the Rum Swizzle with Goslings Rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, grenadine, and bitters and the Dark ‘n Stormy featuring Goslings Rum, lime juice, ginger beer, and bitters. Available in the hotel’s lobby, the tastings will be available at the following times:
- Friday, July 10 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. – Kick off Sail Boston with an interactive Goslings Rum pop-up featuring complimentary tastings of premium expressions, including Spirited Seas Old Rum and Old Rum Rye, led by Goslings brand ambassadors. Guests can also enjoy giveaways, enter-to-win opportunities, and featured specialty cocktails served by the Off the Common team.
- Wednesday, July 15 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. – Celebrate the final evening of Sail Boston before the Boston Harbor fireworks with a second Goslings Rum pop-up featuring premium tastings, giveaways, and enter-to-win opportunities, offering guests one last chance to experience the flavors of Bermuda before heading to the waterfront festivities.
